BBS can provide this service in two different ways:

The client can ask for appointments within a specified time frame. We can manage sales people's diaries and book their appointments appropriately, taking into consideration all factors such as travelling time & distance and length of appointments.

Alternatively our staff will arrange with the Prospect Company a time for the relevant sales person to call and to book the appointment him or herself.

This type of project works in a very similar way to lead generation, but has the advantage of making sure that the client’s sales force spends as long as possible in front of genuine prospect companies.
