The client can ask for appointments within a specified time frame. We can manage sales people's diaries and book their appointments appropriately, taking into consideration all factors such as travelling time & distance and length of appointments.
Alternatively our staff will arrange with the Prospect Company a time for the relevant sales person to call and to book the appointment him or herself.
Appointment making works in a very similar way to lead generation, but has the advantage of making sure that the client’s sales force spends as long as possible in front of genuine prospect companies. All appointments are booked according to strict criteria defined by the client to ensure that their sales people’s time is used most effectively.
